Kyle W. Stanley,61, of Greenwood, IN, passed from this world on Wednesday April 7, 2021. He was born on Wednesday October 28, 1959 to Jack L. and Joanne C.(Newerth) Stanley at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove, IN.
He was preceded in death by his mother , Joanne C. (Newerth) Stanley and his brother Kurt M. Stanlley, and his sister-in-law Gwenaelle (Carn) Stanley.
He is survived by his father Jack L. Stanley, sister Nicole Stanley Mitchell (Kevin), his nephew Colten S. Mitchell (Brittany), his niece Jacquelyn N. Mitchell, and his nephew Tristan Stanley, his great nephews George and Jack Mitchell, and his great nieces Jane and Mary Mitchell and many beloved family and friends. He is loved and greatly missed by all who knew him.
Kyle had an interest in politics early on and in high school was selected for Boys State for Greenwood High School. He was a member at Greenwood United Methodist Church for many years. His faith continued in college, he attended Franklin College in Franklin, IN, and studied religion. He always had a strong connection with our Lord and Savior. Kyle enjoyed listening to music, building models, reading, and collecting comic books. He was a very thoughtful and giving person. Most of all he enjoyed coloring and making pictures for the nursing home staff and residents at Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon, IN where he has resided the last 3 years. His last gift in life was to be an organ donor to help others.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 15,2021 at Indiana Memorial Cremation and Funeral Care, visitation for 10am to 1pm, service 1pm and then a gathering will be held at 3pm at Arbuckle Acres Park, 200 N. Green St., Brownsburg, IN. shelter #3 (Pavilion).
