Obituary

Mark Steven Cook age 60, of Indianapolis passed from this life on Thursday February 4, 2021 at Indiana University West Hospital. He was born on Wednesday February 1, 1961 in Indianapolis to Thomas and Shirley (Edwards) Cook.

Mark was a millwright for Local # 1003 for many years. He was a graduate of Ben Davis High School.

Mark is Survived by his daughter Madison Cook of Indianapolis and his granddaughter Maylee Cook of Indianapolis a brother Tom (Dana Dodd) Cook of Indianapolis and a sister Terri Hayes of Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Shirley Cook, a brother Norman Cook and a sister Anita Brewer.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Monday February 8, 2021 at 6:00 PM at Indiana Memorial Funeral Care 3562 West 10th Street in Indianapolis. Friends may call from 3:00 PM until time of service at 6:00 PM.
