William Russell Litzy 52, passed from this world on Wednesday December 23, 2020. He was born Saturday February 24, 1968 in North Vernon, IN to James E. Litzy and Anna M. (Wigginton) Litzy.

He was preceded in death by his father James E. Litzy.

He is survived by his sons William T. South, Gavin L. South, mother Anna M. (Wigginton) Litzy, 3 grandchildren, and extended family and friends.

He will be missed by all who loved and cared for him.
